Safety Precautions

Our Promise

We are currently working with clients to host conferences and events in compliance with national, state and local guidelines. Few things make us happier than being able to serve our community at The Erickson Alumni Center, and nothing is more important to us than keeping our friends and family safe during this time.

Our COVID-19 Safety Procedures

  • The Erickson strongly encourages everyone to follow the CDC recommendations of wearing a mask indoors regardless of vaccination status. We’ll have disposable face coverings available at the front desk.

  • Hand sanitizer stations are strategically placed throughout The Erickson for our guests to use.

  • Meetings and events will be strategically planned to allow for social distancing when necessary.

  • Disposable utensils will be utilized during catered events until further notice.

  • The Erickson has been sanitized and will be deep-cleaned after each event – this will be tracked and inspected to ensure that policies are being maintained.

COVID-19 Disclaimer

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. The Erickson has activated preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, our team cannot guarantee that guests will not or have not already come into contact with COVID-19 prior to visiting the facility. By planning events at the Erickson, participants acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that they or their guests might be exposed to COVID-19; exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.
