As many West Virginia University departments, divisions and units return to hosting more in-person or hybrid meetings and events on campus, The Erickson Alumni Center is equipped to support the meeting needs—both large and small—of our campus community.
And to help faculty and staff get reacquainted with The Erickson and its offerings, we are offering the following incentives:

Half Off AV, Half Off Room Rentals – WVU faculty and staff can enjoy a 50% discount on all room rentals and audio/visual equipment rental/support costs through June 30.

Hot Date, Hot Rate – WVU faculty and staff who book their event for days that typically are less busy (Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays) will receive a deep discount on room rental costs.
